Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the State of New York. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
In the event of a change of control of The Family Advisors or the sale of substantially all of The Family Advisors' assets or other corporate event, all rights of The Family Advisors hereunder shall be transferable without notice to you.
